Christ in Action Sports Ministry
About
Since 2020, our Sports Ministry in Kenya has used the universal language of sports to bring communities together and share the love of Christ. Through events like the “Christ in Action” tournaments, we engage young people in competitive play while local pastors share the gospel message. By fostering teamwork, faith, and fellowship, the Sports Ministry is transforming lives both on and off the field, uniting the church, and leading many to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Current Needs
Our Sports Ministry is growing, and we need your support to continue reaching more communities with the love of Christ. We have an ongoing need for funds to purchase items such as sports gear, uniforms, and event supplies. Additionally, we are working to improve the playing fields and facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.
Glory to God! We held the second of three “Christ in Action” sports event in Linkishon, Kenya. 12 teams participating with over 1000 people in attendance. It was a great time with the matches on the dirt pitch, with area pastors sharing the gospel message. Many young men and their mothers gave their heart to the Lord Jesus Christ! This project is bringing the church together.
